Usually, that notification is sent out whenever the payment for an order or a renewal fails. The notification is to encourage you to check on your card/payment method and see what is causing the snag.

In most cases, payment failure occurs when there are not enough funds available on the card or when the card becomes expired. This is why we encourage you to update your payment information or make sure there's enough money in it.

There are also cases wherein your issuing bank is declining charges. We see this occur mostly with international members, and it's usually because the bank wants to be sure that this purchase is something you've authorized. In cases like this, it would be best for you to contact your bank.

If you decide to use a whole new card or payment method instead, you may do so by following these steps.

If you feel that there is a mistake and that there shouldn't be any problems with your payment method, please contact us, and we will look into it further. We will do our best to straighten things out for you!
